Accountability

Corrections policy

We welcome specific, evidence-backed reports of factual errors and aim to make material changes visible.

Report a suspected error

Send the page URL, the statement you believe is incorrect, the reason it may be incorrect, and any supporting primary source to editorial@choicemosaic.com. Do not send passwords, account exports, identity documents, or other sensitive material.

How reports are assessed

A report should be checked against the cited evidence, the page's recorded sources, and any reproducible test inputs. If official sources materially conflict, we flag the conflict and pause automatic classification or publication rather than choosing an unsupported interpretation.

How corrections appear

Typographical fixes that do not change meaning may be made without a prominent note. A material factual or editorial correction should identify what changed and the date of the correction on the affected page or its update history.

What a verification date means

A verification or review date means the relevant material was substantively checked on that date. It is not a guarantee that every external source remains unchanged after the review.
